Vehicle Description
You are looking at a 1972 Chevrolet 1/2 ton, two wheel drive pickup.
I am selling this for my father and he is the second owner. The following is his description of the truck:
The truck was first purchased in 01/04/1972 in Phoenix Arizona, and I bought it from the first owner July 13,1976 in Austin, TX. It was parked in the shed about 2002. It has 143,257 actual miles on it.
It is burning some oil but still running OK. It has a 307 V-8 engine. New exhaust system 7/22/83, new water pump 07/26/84, new clutch 06/03/96. There is a small crack in the windshield drivers side, upholstery is in sad shape, no A/C, 3 speed on the column. Steering wheel was replaced from newer model but is sticky can't seem to get that stuff off of it so just put cover over it.
Still have owners manual and original purchase paperwork.
In 1980 or thereabouts it was hit on the passengers side just behind the rear wheelwell, they replaced the whole left side of the bed. That's the only damage it has had as far as I know. As you can see from the pictures it has surface rust and a couple of small holes in the rocker panel on the driver's side and just behind the door at the bottom of the cab on the passenger's side. There are no holes in floorboards or bed.
That's the whole history as I know it on this truck.
I do have the title for it.
I can transport this vehicle, and depending on my route, I may be able to deliver for a price that won't be beat, but please inquire before bidding. I can also store this vehicle inside my 10,000 sq.ft. building, or outdoors in a private fenced area in Gothenburg, NE 69138, again please inquire before bidding.

This truck has not been started since it was parked in 2002. In order to make it run, it would most likely need a battery, the fuel replaced, new plugs, plug wires, oil change, etc..
There is a brand new seat cover included, that looks just like the one in the truck now.
