1987 Chevy/GMC shortbox. I just completed a 8 month frame off restoration on this truck a month and half ago. This was completely stripped down to the bare frame and restored. Everthing has been sand blasted and painted. It has a rebuilt 91 Tuned port injected 350, with roller cam and lifters, shorty headers and single 3" exhaust. Dual electric fans. Rebuilt 700R4 with shift kit , corvette servo, and cooler. I upgraded the axles to 3/4 ton 8 bolt with 4.10 gear ratio. It has a 4" lift and 285/75 /16 tires, tread life left about 25%.
It has 89-91 GMC style front clip and interior. Interior has new carpet and Headliner, buckets with console, Tilt, Cruise, power windows, locks and mirrors, Factory Tach dash, JVC AM/FM/CASS with 12 disc changer. It is set up for AC but not hooked up. It was restored with all GM Southern no rust ever metal. I've put around 1500 miles on it in the last month and it runs/drives great. It gets a lot of attention.
