Vehicle Description 1981 Chevrolet Camaro (FACTORY) T-Tops With Many GM Factory Options....Needs Finishing....VERY NEAR "EXCELLENT" Mechanical Condition....89,240 ACTUAL Miles....Speedometer NEVER Broken OR Disconnected....Purchased NEW By Me For My Daughter In 1981....NEVER ABUSED....NEVER Driven Above 67MPH....NEVER WRECKED....NEVER Painted, Original GM Code #11,"Ermine White", From Factory ALWAYS Driven By My Daughter, It Was Her Car....With The Exception Of No More Than Appx. 300-Miles Driven TOTAL EVER By Me....Serviced And Maintained By Me....Oil AND Filter Changed CONSISTANTLY EVERY 2,000 To 3,000 Miles By Me AND I NEVER Had To ADD ANY Engine-Oil Between The 2,000(TO)3,000 Miles Driven By My Daughter, Between Oil Filter Changes..Engine ALWAYS Remained FULL Of Oil..Again This Car Was NEVER Abused Mechanically..( I Have ALWAYS Taken EXCELLENT Care Of My Chevrolets And Harley-Davidsons)..In Fact Really Everything I Own..This Camaro Was NEVER Loaned Out ! And It Shows My Attention To Care And Maintenance....I ALWAYS Used THE Double- Capacity AC PF-35 (1-Quart Capacity Oil-Filter) INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL (AC PF-25 One-Half Quart Capacity Oil-Filter) .....HAVING "ALWAYS AND ONLY", USED (AC Oil-Filters And Other AC Products) ... AC-Oil-Filters Contain (1/3) Extra Oil-Filtering-Material(Wrappings)Inside The Filter, Than Any Of The OTHER BRANDS ! My Attention To Care and Maintaineance Is Obivous By The Very Near "EXCELLENT" Mechanical Condition This CHEVROLET Is In ! ! ! ! ..... AC Oil-Filters Offer Much Better Quality Protection For Your Engine ! (AC Products Are A Subsiduary Company Of General Motors)....AT APPX. 53,000 Miles I Had My Daughter Take This Camaro to A Transmission-Shop To Service This Transmission..Drilling The Torque-Converter In Order to Drain ALL The Automatic Transmission Fluid(APPX.10 And 1/2 Quarts) INSTEAD Of The Usual (3 And 1/2 Quarts) Changing Transmission Filter and Gasket Using (AC Filter/Gasket/Pkg. AND GM Automatic Transmission Fluid) ! ! ... AGAIN How Could Anyone Choose Another Product Other Than GM (GENERAL MOTORS) Knowing Their Reputation For Quality....When During World War II This Auto Maker Made The ALLISON Engines For Our Country`s P-40s;P-38s;P-39s;AND EARLY P-51s Which Lead The U.S. To Absolute Victory !...Specifically(Cadillac Motor Division Of GM) .... I Feel With Absolute Confidence This Car Can Be Driven Anywhere....Buyer Can Drive Home....This Vehicle In (INSIDE) Storage Since 1992 !!!! BUT Because I Was Unable To Finish Work On This Car Due Mainly To The Storage Facility Having Me Move The Car To A Unit WITHOUT Electricity, (Because They Converted My Original Unit And All The Units In That Block To A (Climate-Control-System) With The Promise Of Later Allowing Me To Move My Daughter`s Car To Another Unit With Electricity....Which Never Materailized....I Stayed On Because Of The Maximum Security Maintained By This Storage-Facility....Which Was The Main Reason For My Employing This Particular Facility Anyway....If You Would Like To Drive This Car Home....Bring A Battery And A WaterProof Car-Cover In Case Of Rain En Route (As When Last Working On This Car I Had Begun Removing The Body-Mounted T-Top SURROUND Weatherstrips Not Knowing I Would Soon Have To Be Moving This Camaro To A Storage Unit Without Electricity) AND A Vehicle To Bring ALL The Parts,Floor-Mounted-Color-Coded-Console, MLDGS.,ETC....( I Removed While Working On This Car In My Spare Time )..(OR)..In An Effort To Save Money The Buyer Can Fit Some Of The Parts Inside The Car And Ship The Balance Of Parts To His Destination......This Camaro "Runs Good", Like What Chevys Do ! ! "BEST OF ALL" !!!! -General-Motors-Factory-Options : 267 Cubic-Inch(Small Block)V8- Cylinder-Engine With A Rochester-2-BBC-Carburetor(Rebuilt By Me At Appx. 54,000 Miles): Computer For Good Gas Mileage And Various Other Functions : 3-Piece REAR Spoiler : Right AND Left RALLY "REMOTE",Painted Sport-Mirrors : REAR-Window Defogger : GM-Magnetic-Locking-Gas-Cap : GM-Rear-Speakers : GM Factory Cassette-Player : GM FACTORY INSTALLED Air-Conditioning : Power-Steering : Power-Brakes : PULSE (DELAY) Windshield-Wipers : Cruise-Control : TILT (Steering Wheel) : ( 7-INCH) Chevrolet RALLY-SPORT-WHEELS With CENTER BOW-TIE-CAPS,AND Outer Trim-Rings And Bezels : These Tires(FIRESTONE/Steel-Belted/SS/RADIALS)...Installed In 1987 With The New 7-Inch Rally GM Wheels STILL In Fair Condition With Some Remaining Tread, Never Have Been Flat : Space-Saver-Tire I Don`t Believe Was Ever Used : Complete Original Bumper-Jack : Gas Mileage ???
