This used 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier runs and drives very good. I'm selling this Cavalier as basic reliable transportation because it needs some minor body work repair.
I purchased this 1995 Cavalier to salvage the engine and transmission. The body damage was not as bad as I thought so I decided to sell the Cavalier as it is rather than removing the drive train. This Cavalier has a clear Salvaged Title because of the large dent just behind the drivers door as pictured.

Body: The body is overall in good condition despite the big dent as pictured below. The dent in this Cavalier is very fixable. I do not do body work and have many other projects to get done. The driver door will shut completely with a bit more effort. To shut the door I push up and pull together and the door shuts every time. There is no frame damage just body damage. The rest of the body is in good condition. There are some small dings on the right quarter panel. There is some minor paint peal which has been repainted over on the rear bumper cover. A small scuff mark on the front bumper cover. I found no rust on the body. All glass on this Cavalier is good, free of cracks. The headlights, turn signals, markers, brake lights, and hazard flashers are all in good cosmetic and 100% working condition.
There has been no major work done to the body except for a good cleaning.

Drive Train Handling: This Cavalier has a fuel injected 2.2L four cylinder engine. The engine runs very well and has no ticks, knocks, or smoke, and no leaks. looks like there has been some recent head work on the engine. It appears to be a recent water pump change as well. The A/C system has a slow leak which leaks down over night. I looks as if the leak is coming from the compressor. The A/C system will need servicing.
This Cavalier has a firm tight clutch. The clutch has no slipping.
The 5-speed manual transmission shifts smoothly in all gears with no noise.
The ABS brake system has been checked for front pad and disk wear, rear shoes and drum wear, and the ABS system has been checked for proper function. Pads and disk rotors are in very good condition. Rear brake shoes and drums are in good condition. The brakes are in excellent operating condition.
The power steering system is in excellent operational condition. Smooth easy turning in tight spots, responsive and firm steering on the open roads. The Cavalier again, drives and handles very well on the road as if the is no body damage.
This Cavalier has excellent acceleration and stopping power. NC inspection is good until Jan 2009.

Interior: This Cavalier interior is acceptably clean. The carpet may appear somewhat unclean due to excessive light. The carpet and seats has been thoroughly vacuumed. The carpet does has some signs of wear on the driver side. The front seats are in good condition. All seats are free of torn or ripped areas. The headliner, sun visors, interior trim, are in very good cosmetic condition. The dash and dash pad cover is in very good condition with no cracks and no cuts.
All gage lights and gages are in working condition.
This Cavalier has A/C (needs servicing) AM/FM stereo, cruise control, power steering and power brakes. Does not have rear window defroster.

Tires/Wheels: This Cavalier has the factory 15" steel wheels with 195/60R15 tires. Wheels, wheel covers, and tires are all in excellent condition. The tire tread pattern on the two tires in the rear are different from the ones in the front, but all tires are the same size. The factory spare tire, jack, and lug wrench are securely in it's compartment in the trunk area.
