1995 4 Door Cavalier parts car. REPEAT - PARTS CAR. I purchased this from a friend who rear-ended an SUV at about 15 mph. It smashed the hood, lights, upper support bracket for the radiator (See Picture), lower support, and AC Core. The upper bracket needs to be replaced or bent back into place but the frame APPEARS to have no damage. Before we took off the front pieces, we drove it into the garage from my car dolly and it started and ran just fine. The head gasket and fuel pump were replaced within the year. Tires are decent - maybe 50% and the interior is in very good condition. Only body part that is needed is a hood and hood latch. The car is being stored in my garage and is dry. My friends said that it got 30+ mpg, but with gas at $2.78 a gallon these days, what's the big deal??? This is a great father-son project for a first car or someone who had access to the parts. You can find most parts on ebay, but if you could find a 95 with a blown engine and transmission, that had the parts above for cheap, you'd have a great time putting it back together. I don't know if the upper support bracket should be bent back or cut and a replacement welded in - but since I'm not a pro at this, just throwing out the idea. There is some small surface rust spots on the passenger side lower front door. This is sold AS IS, no warranty, no guarantee. The local scrape yard offered me $250 and if it doesn't sell, I'll send it to the grave yard for organ donation and transplant. We're on the NW side of Indy. Cash or Paypal. If you don't pick it up within 7 days of the auction, you forfeit ownership interests. Payment within 24 hours is required. Hope someone has fun and enjoys a decent car with a little effort. On Oct-16-08 at 06:29:50 PDT, seller added the following information: Folks: Thank you for all the phone calls and offers to visit my home and look at the car. I'm showing it to several individuals tonight at 4 (thursday). I have a lift so you can take a good look at the underside. All used parts are available and the bolts and nuts are separated for the new owner. People have asked for a Buy-it-now price and I really don't know what to say. At this point, I will offer a $600.00 buy-it-now price AND will also include a FREE 50 mile delivery service (I have a car dolly). This will keep most people from having to rent one and make it more convenient for delivery. I can travel up to 100 miles total for an extra delivery fee of only $50.00 - about the cost of gas for my Yukon... -or- I'll even let you borrow my dolly (it's used and you will borrow at your risk) and give you the title when you return it. Many of the emails I've had are for people who need a car with families -I'd like to help as much as possible and hope this is of value. Good bidding! Brad
