1969 Chevelle 300 Deluxe 4 door.
**Runs good, 230 inline 6 original engine (matching numbers), with three speed on the column (three on the tree). 14,664 miles.
**Clear California title, registered until 09/08. Original black and yellow plates. Rotolo Chevrolet license plate rings.
I purchase it from the second owner, who purchased it in 2000 with 12,800 miles. The story I have on it is the original owners purchased it in Fontana, CA. at Rotolo Chevrolet. The original color was green, but the owner wanted to paint it white to match an El Camino they owned. The husband died shortly after they purchased it and the wife did not know how to drive, so it was parked for a long time. The wife later learned how to drive and drove it around town. I have a copy of the 1979 California title used when the second owner bought it from the original owner.
Exterior body and Paint
Body has zero rust. The left rear door has a dent, the rear, under the trunk has a dent. There is an area down both sides where there was an aftermarket trim attached, but since removed, paint missing and discoloration. Paint is decent for a driver, but could be redone to look nice. All lights work. Cracked tail light lense.
Interior
Overall good condition. The dash is in good shape. All windows work good, go up and down smoothly. Door panels are in good shape, they have some discoloration on the top from the sun. Headliner in sagging in one section and has a couple small tears. Front seat is in good condition. The back seat is discolored on top with a sun baked tear. Head rests have small seperations at the seams. All seatbelts are in good condition. Has original rubber flooring. Both rear side plastic panels need to be replaced from the sun. All glass in good condition.
I tried to describe the car the best I could and tried to show alot pics to show true condition.
I will not ship the car, I will assist as much as I can in the process. Local pickup preferred. $500 deposit required within 3 days of the end of the auction.
