1941 Chevy Master Deluxe 5 passenger Coupe – Project Car
No engine. Fairly complete otherwise.
This was a Northern Michigan car. The rockers rear wheel wells are bad. Some parts of the floor including the drive tunnel are good. Front lower cowl sections are bad.
Comes with a spare rear clip that has a very good floor wheel wells. The top sections of the inner wheel wells (where the fenders mount) will need a
2" wide patch strip.
Comes with an extra set of front fenders, and 3 RR fenders 2 LR fenders. All need work but lots there to work with.
The stainless trim is in pretty good shape. All chrome is pitted. All glass is there, not cracked, but glass has normal scratches for a 67 year old car.
All the window cranks cowl vent work, needs a RH door latch. The speedometer looks good comes with a fairly good spare bezel. The clock looks good, it winds up but I don’t think it works. Missing dash knobs fuel temp gauges.
I will include a set of stock seats that were redone about 10 years ago that are in great shape, c/w rear arm rests from a Special Deluxe. I was told this was a Hampton Coach upholstery kit.
Also comes with NOS park light bezels lenses and repro tail lights.
Frame seems pretty solid. All front rear suspension is there.
Gas tank appears to be usable, needs to be cleaned up.
Car could be restored or Street rodded. Also has nice patina for a rat rod.
This is definitely a project car that is not drivable. Buyer is responsible for pick-up and it will have to be trailered home.
A $500. non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hrs of the end of the auction. Pick-up and full payment is required within 14 days unless we agree on another arrangement.
Car is located in Sudbury Ontario, approximately 250 miles north of Toronto. That’s approximately 180 miles east of Sault Ste Marie, Michigan.
The car has a clear Ontario "title". Around here we call it an "Ownership".
