Hello. I am listing this vehicle for the owner since he does not have an ebay account. Please call him with your questions between 7-10 p.m. at 419-456-3406.
You are looking at a 1949 Chevrolet Fleetliner project car. It runs like a top with a rebuilt 1951 216 c.i. six cylinder. The car fires right up and can be driven onto your trailer. The engine has about 3000 miles since it was rebuilt. The rest of the car is pretty much complete. You should call the owner to see for sure what parts he has, but he did buy this car as a complete vehicle years ago and didn't throw anything away. Over the years he has torn it down to the condition you see it in. It has a rust free hood, rust free fenders as well as the original fenders, aluminum 5 rib bumpers and more parts than I can list. It also comes with 2 sets of wheels and tires. The interior is complete and in very good condition.
You can see by the pictures that it needs rockers. The owner told me he has new outers but not the inners. It also needs some minor floor work. The trunk looks sound.
The owner has a clear title in his possession so the car is ready to go. The vehicle is being sold with no guarantees written, expressed, or implied. There is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit due at the auctions end through paypal. The balance is due in cash at pick-up.
