All bids are legal and binding contracts to purchase the vehicle, and by bidding you have entered into a legal and binding contract to the buy this vehicle under the terms of House of Specialty Cars and eBay Motors user agreement. Do not bid if you cannot pay for it!

Contact is expected within 24hrs after the auction ends. Funding arrangements are expected to be agreed upon as well at that time. We do not accept PayPal or escrow payments. Wire transfer is the most effective method to secure your new vehicle and expedite transportation. No vehicle or title will be released until all funds are paid in full and have cleared the banks. If contact has not been made in that period we reserve the right to relist and/or sell the vehicle to the next buyer. WE REPORT non paying bidders.
Because our vehicles are advertised in other venues we reserve the right to end the auction at any time and not be held liable for cancellation. All vehicles are sold “AS IS” and with NO warranties expressed or implied. The state of Missouri and county of Camden, Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We offer assistance with the arrangements for transportation. For all U.S.sales there is a document fee of $89.50. On all international sales there is a prep and handling fee is $400. House of Specialty Cars bears no liability and shall be held harmless for any damage after the sale and transportation of any vehicle.
