I bought this truck new back in 1992 in Texas. It has been my daily driver since. It has 255,200 miles on the truck but the 350 small block only has 10K. The truck originally had a 4.3 V6, but after I put 245,000 on that I pulled it out and put in a 350 out of a 1987 GMC 1/2 ton 4x4. The engine was completely rebuilt and I installed an Edelbrock edl-2102 cam and lifters. It is a mild cam that works with the factory computer. It would benefit greatly from a performance chip, but never installed one. The computer was also replaced with one out of a 1992 1/2 ton with a 5.7 and a 5 spd tranny to match what the truck has. All the power accessories work and the A/C blows ice cold. Every component of the A/C system was replaced when I changed the motor. The body is in good shape, no big dents or rust. the cab corners and rockers have been replaced. This is not a show truck by any means. I would trust it to drive to California and back though. The interior has gray buckets seats out of a 1991 Eclipse and a center console out a 1987 Chevy 4x4. The carpet is stained, but not torn. The windshield is cracked but I've been driving it like that for 3 years now. The tires in the back have about 3k miles on them and the front tires are ok. The brakes are good but need bleeding. The truck has dual exhaust with chrome tips and a turbo 2 into 2 muffler. The rear end has 3.73 gears and factory posi.
