Vehicle: 1981 Chevy Suburban
Engine: 350 Crate Motor
Transmission: TH350
Extras:
- Transmission is newly rebuilt with less than 100 miles on it
- New Mile Marker Hubs
- Truck has a 3 inch body lift and a 6 inch suspension lift
- 12 ½ “ X 35 “ Super Swamper Bogger tires with excellent tread
- Mallory Electronic Distributor and Coil System
- Holly 4 barrel carburetor, 600cm
- Edlbrock Intake
- M/T Valve Covers and Headers
- New Front Brakes
- Just installed replacement Dana 44 front end with 3.73 gearing (pinion was out when I bought it, so I had the whole thing replaced)
- Motor runs strong, shifts smooth.
Keep in mind this is a 1981 so it isn't perfect, but a really cool truck!
Ive had a lot of people asking about what is good and bad on the truck. I do not know. I know it runs and starts fine and has loud exhaust- you could muffler it if desired.
But- I do not know evrything that works and doesn't on the vehicle. I bought it for a hunting rig and have made another purchase so this needs to go. I never have used it.
It's sold as is, I would have to assume it needs some TLC, but it appears nothing crucial is needed.
Thanks!
