This is a 1984 Chevrolet Custom Deluxe 10 Suburban. This vehicle does have some body damage mainly on the passenger side front door and some dings on the passenger rear door.

Buyer must be prepared to jump start the vehicle and may even need to replace the battery in order to start this vehicle. The district will not help jump start the vehicle. The district will NOT be replacing the battery.
This vehicle must be driven, towed or transported from present location. No repairs may be performed on site other than the installation of the battery. Buyer to assume all cost and provide all equipment, tools and personnel necessary for removal. Please contact us for additional information before bidding.

Policies: Auction Close
Winning Bidders will receive a complete InterSchola invoice including appropriate sales tax (if applicable), shipping/handling fees (if applicable), complete payment information and additional messaging from InterSchola within one (1) business day after close of auction. Winning Bidders are asked to complete InterSchola's checkout process from the InterSchola invoice within six (6) days of Auction Close.
Pick up location and/or shipping information (including exact location, time of pick up and local contact information for InterSchola) will be provided via email within one (1) business day of InterSchola's confirmation of Buyer’s payment.
Items listed by InterSchola are stored at individual school district or public agency locations and NOT at a central company location. (See below for specific information about our payment and pick up/shipping policies).
Payment
InterSchola prefers payment through PayPal with a confirmed address for items with a final sale price that is less than $1500.00. Credit and debit cards may be used through PayPal without the user having a PayPal account. We also accept United States Postal Service Money Orders if payment is received at InterSchola's corporate mailing address within six (6) calendar days of close of auction. We regret that we are unable to accept cashiers checks or personal checks.
InterSchola prefers payment through US, bank to bank wire transfer for items with a final sale price of $1500.00 or higher. Bank routing information will be provided on the InterSchola invoice. We also accept United States Postal Service Money Orders if payment is received at InterSchola's corporate mailing address within six (6) calendar days of close of auction. We regret that we are unable to accept cashiers checks or personal checks.
For All Items:
Sales Tax - InterSchola will invoice the appropriate sales tax if required. All items picked up within the State of California are subject to California Sales Tax if the Buyer has no valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification on file with InterSchola. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment will exempt buyers from sales tax. California sales tax may be waived if the item is shipped directly to an out of state destination by common carrier.
Non-Paying Bidders - If full payment is not RECEIVED within six (6) calendar days of auction close, InterSchola reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A $50 Cancellation Fee will be assessed upon cancellation and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with eBay.
Shipping
Pick up location and/or shipping arrangements will be provided via email within one (1) business day of InterSchola being notified of Buyer’s payment
If shipping and handling are offered by InterSchola, for the item(s) listed in this auction, the terms of proposed shipping and handling will be outlined in the Item Description and/or in the "Shipping, payment details and return policy" section of the eBay listing. A small handling fee will be included for packaging materials etc. over and above the calculated shipping costs. InterSchola may ship via FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service. Please note that InterSchola reserves the right to substitute an equivalent service from another carrier to better meet the needs of a particular situation.
If the items for sale are too large and/or heavy for the carriers listed above, the Item Description will state “Local Pick Up Only”, "Local Pick Up Preferred", or "Freight Shipping."
If local pick up by the Buyer or Buyer Representative is not possible, ALL handling, handling arrangements (e.g., crating/dismantling/hauling) and handling expenses will be solely the responsibility of the Buyer including special equipment required in the Pick Up Logistics and Handling section of the listing. InterSchola may be able to provide the contact information of a third party logistics provider to assist the Buyer with freight shipment or crating/dismantling/hauling arrangements. Please contact InterSchola by clicking on the “Ask seller a question” link in this auction listing to request this information. If the Item Description states "Local Pick Up Only", InterSchola will not be able to prepare this item for transport. A third party service such as www.cratersandfreighters.com may be used solely at the buyers expense.
All pickup/shipping arrangements must be made by the Winning Bidder in advance of the confirmed pick up day and in accordance with InterSchola's scheduled pick up calendar.
If an item is to be picked up, InterSchola reserves the right to charge a $50 fee plus per diem storage charges (up to 5% of listing price per day) if the buyer or his/her shipping/handling company/representative is not present at the pickup day and time specified in the listing or as otherwise agreed to in advance. Failure to pick up an item within 21 days of the close of the auction will result in the cancellation of the transaction and forfeiture of payment. Only if we are able to resell the item will InterSchola refund your payment-less $100 to cover our expenses AND less the difference in final sales price if lower than the original winning bid.
Returns
All InterSchola auction items are sold "Used, As-Is." Because our items are sold largely on behalf of public school or public agency entities, InterSchola is NOT able to accept returns of items to our client locations or to accept possession of such items on their behalf. In the rare event that an item is received by a buyer and such item was described incorrectly, we request that the Buyer contact us immediately via the “Ask seller a question” link in the auction listing in the hope that we can adequately resolve the issue to your satisfaction before a decision is made with regard to feedback.
Bid Cancellation
If you have inadvertantly placed a bid or otherwise are unable to abide by terms of our listing, InterSchola will agree to cancel your transaction if contact with InterSchola is made within 36 hours of the original auction end date and time. In all instances, a $50 fee will be assessed to accommodate lost time and money on the part of InterSchola and the selling entity. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
