Up for auction is my friend's White 4X4 Chevy Suburban 2500 LT. I'm listing this SUV for him and will answer any all questions as best I can. We're located 40 miles south of Memphis, TN. I can be reached at 662-560-4609 after 5 p.m. CST M-F or anytime on the weekends. He does have this for sale locally so I need to reserve the right to end the auction if the Reserve has not been met. First foremost - the Title listing is "Other" to reflect the AutoCheck records if it being classified as a "Lemon" in the state of California in May, 1998 with approx. 8,000 miles on it at the time. There isn't any records of what was wrong with it then, but since then it's been registered in the the Mid South and has logged in over 100,000 miles without any additional recorded problems. I don't know what else to say other than I can show you the results from the AutoCheck process. Having said all that, this is what I can tell you about the SUV: Exterior: White with all the paint in very good condition. I've taken a pic of the pass. side that has a slight scuff mark on it. This may be able to be buffed out. The driver's door has a few little door dings, nothing major. The tires have only 2k miles on them, they are Yokohama Geolander A/T-S 285/75R16's. Rims are in decent shape. Side steps on each side, luggage/ski rack on top, bug shield, and all the glass is in good condition. The windshield does have 3 chips (one is about 2 inch long crack). Interior: Gray Leather. The driver's seat has the most wear (see pic), especially on the arm rest. all the other seats are in good condition with typical leather wear (cracking). Door panels are clean except for the back pass. side panel having a dime size tear. Carpet is in decent shape, needs a good shampooing, no holes. Floor mats are in tact. Dash is clean. Headliner is clean front to back. All gauges are working. All the power windows work except the rear driver's side. Driver's powered seat works in all direction. The Suburban is equipped with the center console compartments and overhead compartments (see pics). It is pretty loaded with the "power" package inside (windows, door locks, side mirrors, etc.). Rear window defrost. A/C front and bakc, both working well. Drive train: I've already mentioned the tires (about $700 new). The engine is the 7.4L Vortec. Automatic transmission. Cruise control feature. It's equipped with the towing package. 4X4 with basic 4-Hi, 4-Lo and 2-Hi push button controls on the dash. This is a clean vehicle inside and out, with fairly low mileage for the a 1997. Please note the "Lemon" classification stated above, I do not want to mislead anyone in any way. It starts right up and sounds strong. Again, feel free to ask questions and I'll answer them as soon as I can or give me a call. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
