OK Guys I have up for bid my 93 surburban (SUB TUB ). This truck has been sitting in my garage waiting for the day to tow my camaro. NEVER GONNA HAPPEN ! Most people can`t afford to drive daily a tow truck and make ends meet. This is a great way to have a good looking and very reliable tow truck CHEAP. It will be ready to work when you are.This truck was for sale 2 years ago and sold for 5800.00. The guy from Minnesota never had time to pick up truck and forfeited his 250,00 deposit ??????. I didn`t want to sell the truck then and don`t want to sell now. But, with a 16 year old driving it doesn`t make sense to have 2 cars in the garage that you dont drive. I am the 2nd owner of this truck and the first owners had it to tow a small camper. I`ve had the truck for over 6 years and have towed with it maybe 5 times.This summer I drove the truck a little more than the last few years. The surburban is mostly stock and always has Mobil 1 in the crankcase. The truck was " cleaned up " back in 2006. I added a steel cowl hood and a billet grille. Back in 04 I added the Weld wheels and the Michelins. As you can see in the pictures, I`ve added some graphics to the hood and back doors. The interior is bone stock with all the factory features of the day back in 93. The truck has front/rear air and still blows cold. Great running 454 that will knock down 13 to 14 MPG on the highway. As all trucks that are 15 years old it might have a few bumps and bruises. But I doubt that you will find a cleaner 93 for the price. So if you have that boat that needs towed on the weekends or the camper needs dragged to the campgrounds. This is the truck for you without having to spend a bunch or having to get a big loan payment. I`m sure the big question is what does it need? Well, if it was me I would add a Cd player and then just go over normal maintence things... Fluids,brakes,A/c charge.
This is a great looking truck and will turn heads when you are pulling into the gate with your race car. Feel free you ask any questions during the week. Remember, this is a no reserve auction.
