The Suburban is in excellent running condition. No accidents or dents or rust. Has only spent one winter on Michigan roads. Has new aggressive-tread, snow, all-terrain tires. I have been getting 15 MPG with sensible driving. The air conditioning did not work this spring so I had it checked out and the refrigerant line going to the rear air has a leak due to corrosion. The dealer estimate to repair was $1000 to replace the line, due to the hours of labor to RR the runningboards, fender liners, etc. to get the new line into factory location). The repair can be made to cap off the rear air and have only the front air functional for an approximate cost of $500. I have lowered the reserve and buy it now price by $2500 under Kelly Blue Book private seller, so the new owner can make the choice of which option to use. The vehicle has the factory towing package and class three hitch.
