Current Bid: USD 9100
Vehicle Description You are bidding on a 2001 Chevy Suburban LT Off Road 2500 HD with a 30-day warranty from GM. I am the second owner. This vehcile has never been in an accident, and all the repairs have been done at the local GM Chevy dealer. There is absolutley nothing wrong with this vehcile, I have a new trailblazer and cannot afford the payments on it anymore so I need to sell the Burban to make the trailblazer payments. Since this vehcile had a 2 year GM warranty on it I had everything that could possibly need fixing done. I have a stack of records that can go with the new owner. This vehicle has been garage kept since I have owned it, it also has had storage insurance on it for the past 2 years because I don't drive it. The miles are actual. Here are some of the things I had repaired during my ownership: new tie rods both, new pitman arms, ball joints, idler arms, Crank sensor, all axle seals, trans cooler lines, oil cooler lines, trans pan gasket and full trans service, new intake gasket, new rotors and brakes from sitting so long, Engine has been completely rebuilt GM dealer, new pistons, valves seals, bearings, all new gaskets, new battery 7.5 year, coolant system flush, driver side window regulator, horn modual, Trans axle seals, differential seals, transfer case adapter replaced, camshaft position sensor replaced, transmission lines replaced. All this documentation is available for you. If you want me to fax it to you or you simply want to take the vin number in to your local GM dealer, they can print all of the work that has been done for you. I was friends with the dealership so they repaired everything that could possibly be repaired even if it was a minor issue. This is priceless, and you should realize that nothing is wrong with this unit. Onstar, 6-way power driver Passenger seats, Heated bucket seats w/ memory positioning settings, matching floor mats, body side mouldings, rear heating, GVW rating 8600 lb, air front rear, tinted glass, center rear seating w/ rear removal, rear washer wiper, rear defrost, auto climate control, power mirrors w/ defrost, custom facatory roof console, roof racks, 4 wheel power disc brakes, trans cooler, vortec 8100 big block, trailer package, fog lamps, chromed front rear bumpers, Engine oil cooler system, 130 amp generator, autotrac active transfer case, off road package, rear audio system w/head phones, enhanced auio speakers, homelink, autoride system, cassette cd 9 speaker w/subwoofer, remote keyless entry w/2 key fobes, alarm, compass temp, Heavy duty trailering, running boards, Under coating protection, window air deflectors, hood air defelctor, new grill insert. Absolutely Rust Free!! The tires are the best tires i have ever owned they have much tread life left at least another 30,000 miles. You will not need to do anything to this truck I guarantee it. The rear seats have been sitting in the garage because my kids like to play in the back with all the room. It has the pull back hide cargo option also. I would completely trust this truck to go anywhere in the world you want to tavel with out any problems at all. During the inspection we found the brakes rotors needed repalced and the battery, and it was done. The engine was rebuilt on 10/16/2007 5 months ago. If you are looking for that vehicle that is going to last you a lifetime this would be it. I wanted to keep it forever but I promise you will want to instead. I think it is 1 yr. 12,000 miles and I have only put close to 2,000 miles on it since rebuild. I have all the documentation for anyone who would like it sent to them? The reserve was lowered because of all the interest. Thanks and I promise you won't go wrong with this truck.. I also have a brand new set of Goodyear Wrangler RTS tires that the winning bidder can have to install before the winter if you would like to change them. There is alot of tread life still remaining now! On May-08-08 at 08:02:06 PDT, seller added the following information: I did sell this unit to a family that lives very close, and his wife got approved for a new ford escape, and thought this burban was to big for her, so I agreed to buy it back if they paid for the listing fees. I assure you that this vehicle is a great one or I will not hold anyone to buying it. Just make sure that you have use for this 3/4 ton, becasue they thought it was a regular suburban and not a heavy duty one that it is. On May-09-08 at 20:24:01 PDT, seller added the following information: I am sorry but the tires will only go with the truck if the wining bidder excedes 12 thousand $$ On May-11-08 at 05:38:56 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had several email asking why the rebuild and so much work. I thought I made it clear why the truck was worked on however some just dont understand. If you have a vehicle that is pretty new go look under it and I am sure you will see a little wetness around seals, and gaskets, they will not leak nor leave spots in your driveway; though are wet with oil residue around that part. Now since I had a full warranty and a relationship with the dealership, and they get paid for repairs; I simply compalined to no end about anything and everything that could pose any furture problems. Most of the stuff that was done would not have been repaired if you were NOT ME!! If it were you, you would have been told that it is normal expected seepages and not leaks, however since I am the way I am I dont accept that kind of resolution to a minor problem. Therefore, the work was done to my satisfation. The new owner should appreciate this work, and feel very confident that this unit will now last many more years with out little leaks and such. Now the motor: I had an oil consumption issue for over 2 years. The truck was burning a quart of oil every 1 thous miles. I was told this was normal. I did not accept that as being normal, so I went right up the ladder to the GM dealer rep for over a year. Now the truck was burning more oil and I was forced to drive with a computer from the dealership watching my driving habbits. I also had to do fuel consumption tests. Now I am mad because I have to pay for insurance for having to drive it more during these tests. I put apx 6 thous miles on it that would not have been done had I not been forced into all these tests from GM. I am now tired of the tests, and I complain ruin my relationship with the dealer, and get approval to take it to another GM dealer; where they got approval to just rebuild the motor and be done with me. it is done and it can all be yours. All my complaining and all those forced miles that I had to drive is over. I assure all of you that may wonder, there cannot be a problem now after all I went thru for over 3 years. I hope this clarifies any other issues you may have with the repairs. And for all of you that have emailed me telling me that you have owned trucks and drove for over 100k before you had problems, You will go 300k miles with this one now that I owned it first. Happy for you!
