Successful "winning" bidder must telephone, Alex Ivan at 305-710-5096 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. We require a $500 Paypal deposit after auction ends..
Within (7) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis, and you will loose your deposit.
Shipping - Transport of Vehicle
Returns are not allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. Shipping/transport is to be paid by the buyer. However, we will assist you in every way possible to get you a competitive transport quote. We only assist is shipping quotes. Auto Tempt is not liable for transport damages. That's between the buyer and shipping company, although all transports are insured with a zero deductable. As of yet, we have not had any claims. All buyers pay a $249 administrative / documentary fee. Florida buyers must pay 7% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
