Fees: Out of State BuyersOut of state buyers are not charged sales tax. Except - Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massechusetts, Michigan, South Carolina and Washington. These states must pay tax in Ohio and then will become exempt in their home state. We will provide you with an Ohio Title in your name and then you may register the vecihle in your state and pay your state sales tax(if applicable). We will provide you with a 30 Day Temporary Tag so you can drive the vehicle legally. Please call Cathy with any questions.Taxes and FeesIn state buyers will be charged the appropriate sales tax according to the county of which you resided in. A $175.00 title, registration, and documentary fees will be added at to the final sales price of the vehicle. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close. DepositWe require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 Hours of winning the auction via PayPal or Credit Card. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for all payment options. If you do win the auction bid and do not follow through with the transaction you will be charged a $500.00 non-paying bidder fee to help cover the cost of any lost sales or fees that we may incurr during this time period.
