The audio system sounds very good. The interior is in very good shape, no rips or tears on the upholstery. The power rear vents work fine as all the windows.
Everything points that its been very well taken care of and if these are maintained properly they go over 200,000 miles! This is completely loaded minivan, don't miss this opportunity to own one at a great price!

Terms of Sale
1. Payment.
The winning bidder will receive an e-mail from us shortly after the auction end. We accept cash (only in person), certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. We DO NOT accept PayPal, escrow or any other forms of payment, but the listed above. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we were burned many times with certified, travelers and other checks. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
2. Title / Paperwork.
You will receive the title when you pickup the vehicle ONLY if you pay with cash or wire transfer (the funds from the wire transfer have to be posted in our account before the title is released which takes up to a day in some cases) - in all other cases we will mail you the title in 10 business days after the pickup. In some cases we will not have the title at the day of pickup because we finance some of our vehicles and the title is held by the bank until the vehicle is paid off, in these cases the title will be mailed to you in about 10 business days after the purchase. When you pickup the vehicle you will receive a bill of sale, service contract (if requested) a buyers guide, the title (in most cases), and a temporary (31 days) license plate (if requested).
3. Deposit.
$350 NON REFUNDABLE deposit must be made within 48 hours after the auction end. The rest of the balance must be paid in full at the time of pick up.
4. Pickup.
We can arrange to pick you up free of charge from the airport or AMTRAK/GREYHOUND stations in the South Bend/Mishawaka area if you plan to travel that way in order to get the vehicle (South Bend Regional Airport is the only airport in our area).

The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely.
