Up for auction: a 2002 Chrysler Concord LXI - V6 3.5 Liter Engine with only 61,299 Actual Miles. This vehicle was recently purchased from an insurance company as a collision loss. The car got hit low and went over something, breaking the oil pan. We did not start the car - please come inspect the car and/or assume the worst. Other than that, as you can see from the pictures, this car will need the following: radiator support, radiator, condenser, cooling fans, and front bumper assembly. Repair to the hood and refinish left front fender and rear bumper cover. All the air bags are good, No damage to the windshield. All power options work as they should. PAYMENT: A $200 non-refundable deposit is due immediately via PayPal at auction's end. The balance, along with any taxes and fees, is due within 5 business days from the auction end date. Cash, wire transfers and certified funds only, please. PayPal accepted for deposit only. We do not offer financing and do not accept credit cards. Vehicles will not be released until all financial transactions have been completed. NJ Residents pay 7% sales tax at time of sale. Non-NJ residents are responsible for sales tax, if any in their state. A $75. transaction fee will be charged to all vehicles.
SHIPPING: Pick up only. We assume no damages incurred after vehicles leave our premises. All salvage vehicles must be towed or trailered off the premises. All vehicles must be picked up within 10 days. After 10 dPick up only. Vehicle must be picked up by Purchaserays a storage fee of $20 per day will be charged.
WINNING BIDDER: The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours upon auction's end to make payment arrangements. If contact is not made within 24 hours, we have the right to sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, relist the vehicle or sell it otherwise. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to the full terms and conditions, and entering into a legal contract. Bidders with negative feedback ratings for non-payment must contact us at 973-970-9269 prior to bidding or bid will be cancelled. This vehicle is listed for sale locally. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end auction early should the vehicle no longer be available.
