Fees: OUT OF STATE BUYERS
Out of state buyers are not required to pay tax (unless noted below), title, and license in the State of Michigan. However, the customer is responsible for registration and fees for the vehicle in their HOME STATE. Out of state buyers will be charged for a temporary drive away tag.
TAXES:
All vehicle sales will be required to pay a $180.00 documentation fee in addition to the purchase price. All vehicles sold to Michigan residents are subject to a 6% vehicle sales tax. Other states that we must collect state sales tax are as follows:

Buyers must submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of verbal commitment to buy to secure the vehicle. The remaining balance (including fees and taxes) will be due within 5 calendar days within the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be complete before delivery of the vehicle.
