Here's another great item from the family at YourOnlineAuctionPlace! ______________________________ 1965 Chrysler New Yorker 2-Door Hardtop 413 V-8
This is truly one-of-a-kind 65 Chrysler New Yorker and as original as one will find. This is the rare 2 Door Sedan. This car is being sold by the second owner who purchased it from a relative who used this car solely as a weekend or vacation car and was very meticulous about keeping the car original. They had a work car and a casual car and this was held as a special one. The car has never been driven in the winter and, in fact, was never driven in any rain or bad weather ... truly a fair weather car. The current owner has owned the car 19 years and it was used only for car shows and parades. It has been shown in local car shows and has several trophies.
Three years ago, the chrome was removed and the bottom half of the car was repainted. There was absolutely no rust, only normal wear and chips. The owner went to great lengths to match the paint and had PPG mix the paint especially to match the original paint on the top portion of the car. After a test patch, the restorer was not satisfied with the first mix and had PPG do it again to assure a perfect match to the existing paint. The owner has all the pictures before and after the repaint. One will be hard pressed to find any nicks on this one.

The car does not need much, but there are a few things. The rear power window does not go down. The motor works and clicks when engaged, but is probably wedged. The odometer does not work. The speedometer works ... just not the odometer. This has been under the current owner and cannot be more than 2,000 miles off. And as the pictures indicate, the motor compartment could use some touching up.
The engine starts and runs exceptionally well and the car drives like it did when new. As the collector knows, the new unleaded gas does not help the older engines, but the 413 V-8 runs quite well with it.
This beauty is located in eastern Ohio and is in climate controlled storage. We will help arrange shipping if necessary.

Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated after the sale and added to your invoice or will be included in the description. We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days after payment has been received. Special packaging, crating and large shipments require more time. Any item can be picked up at our facility with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

We are not responsible, however, for damage or lost items once they leave our facility and if your item arrives damaged, the original packaging must be kept until claim is resolved. We recommend that you take the insurance option.
We ship primarily FedEx and USPS and we strive to cover only our costs for shipping materials and any handling charge is for costs only. Our costs include the FedEx, USPS or freight charges and the cost of the packing material. A small handling fee does apply when we have special requirements such as a special box or extra packing material or crating. We often use extra packing materials to assure your package arrives safe and sound as we know how frustrating and disappointing damage items can be to you.
All shipments via Fedex is boxed in double walled cardboard boxes made specifically for the item .

Refunds
We only accept items for return if the item did not meet the description. The buyer must notify us within 72 hours and the item must be returned in the original shipping container and packaging in 5 days. Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges.
