If you are not completely sure that you want this vehicle DO NOT BID! If you are not comfortable about bidding, DO NOT BID! Only bid if you are absolutely sure you want the listed item and have the money or pre-approved loan to complete this transaction. Bidders must be able to pay cash or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before placing a bid. We do not accept escrow payments. Any unqualified bidding, bid shielding, auction interference or any form of harassment will be reported to eBay as well as the proper authorities and will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. We are professionals in the business of selling vehicles. We take our eBay auctions very seriously and so should you. We reserve the right to cancel bids from users with zero feed back, excessive negative feedback or bid retractions. We reserve the right to notify bidders and end this auction at any time, and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure.
You must have cash available or loans PRE APPROVED before you bid! There are several on-line finance sources that are available such as and that you can apply on line. Please do not assume that this vehicle will qualify for your pre approved loan. Check with your lender before you bid. Some finance institutions will not extend loans on commercial vehicle models like cargo and passenger vans. Financing will not be extended to regular vehicles 1996 and older models. Please remember this is a used vehicle, which as nice as it may be, is not perfect. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Odometer reading might read a few more miles than advertised as a result of demo, demonstration purposes or tranporting the vehicle.
If buyer picks up the vehicle, we ask that buyer enters feedback after delivery of vehicle, especially on cars that are delivered to satisfaction. We will leave appropriate feed back within a reasonable amount of time after the transaction is complete.
Taxes and Fees
Florida residents must pay applicable state sales tax and license and registration fees. We will handle all licensing and title work for Florida buyers. Out of state buyers, when the vehicle if shipped to them, are responsible to pay all taxes in the state where they are registering the vehicle and do not have to pay any taxes or fees to the state of Florida. Should buyer wish to pick this vehicle up in Florida, seller will collect applicable sales tax on behalf of the state of Florida. This applies only when the buyer ''takes possession'' of the vehicle in Florida and will drive it in the state of Florida. Should buyer's state sales tax be greater than 7%, buyer will have to pay the difference to their state when they register the vehicle. Should buyer's state sales tax be less than 7%, seller will provide buyer with a state of Florida form to get the difference reimbursed when they register the vehicle in their state. Seller can furnish buyer a 30-day temporary license plate. Buyer must have proof of insurance on this vehicle and a valid drivers license.
A process fee of $249.00 will be charged on every deal to cover the cost of sale, such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles, paperwork, administrative work and overnight couriers, so we can continue to sell our cars to you on eBay at wholesale prices.
Shipping
Buyer assumes the cost of shipping. If you are going to fly in and drive home, we will gladly pick you up from the Miami International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued. Storage fees will apply after 7 days of transaction completion at a rate of $25.00 per day. Americas Best Vans will not be respossible for any vehicles left at the dealership for more than 7 days.
All vehicle deliveries and travel arrivals must be scheduled between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Commercial transports are not available on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday.

Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a deposit of $500 non refundable within 24 hrs of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. You may use Pay Pal to pay for the deposit ONLY
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise. Title should remain in sellers posession until all funds are deposited and cleared into sellers account. Vehicle will not be delivered until payment is received in full.
