Warranty Information
All vehicles are sold with a 30 days or 1,000 miles warranty on the engine and transmission only. This is in full accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland regarding motor vehicle sales. All details of the warranty will be listed on your bill of sale. Please be advised, there still may be an existing factory warranty left on some of the vehicles. This is the responsibility of the buyer to see if any warranty is left.
Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: Buyer pays sales tax & shipping or transaction costs. MD residents pay 5% sales tax as well as any tag, titling and MD state inspection and fees. Out of state buyers required to pay any sales tax as well as any tag & titling fees required by their state in their state. All sales are be charged $199.
* You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item do not bid! * Bid retractions during the last 24 hours of our auctions will be grounds for immediate auction cancellation and possible re-listing at the cost of that person or persons retracting that bid at our discretion.

* Deposit of 10% must be sent within 24hrs. from the end of our auctions. Cashiers checks, money orders or wire transfers only. No personal checks or paypal will be accepted please. We no longer accept ebay financing.
* Full payment must be made within 5 days from the end of our auction either by cash, cashiers check or money orders. All checks must have a written bank letter of guarantee and made payable to: National Motors Inc. We also accept bank wire transfer's. All information on bank wire transfer's will be given upon request. All vehicles must be picked up within 2 weeks or storage charges will be applied.
* We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, We Do Not Finance!! All vehicles purchased on eBay must be paid in full by either cash, cashiers check or money orders. Thank you very much for your understanding on this matter.
* WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, EBAY FINANCING OR PAYPAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT THEM FOR FULL PAYMENT ON VEHICLES!
* Buyer must pay any applicable sales tax as well as any shipping or transaction costs. Maryland residents must pay 5% sales tax as well as any tag, titling or Maryland State inspection fees. Out of state buyers may be issued a temporary tag and a temporary registration if necessary. They are also required to pay any applicable sales tax as well as any tag and titling fees required by their state in their state.
VEHICLE INSPECTIONS:
* We welcome pre-end of auction inspections by competent inspection services or organizations.
* All vehicles are available to be driven and inspected by appointment only. Buyer agrees to pay for all inspection fees and charges that apply. If you choose to have the vehicle shipped without an inspection we will not be responsible for any mechanical related failures or any cost of repairs if any unless otherwise stated in our description. Additionally, if buyer accepts delivery of the vehicle at our location without an inspection or a test drive you are in fact accepting the vehicle "AS IS" and we will not be responsible for any mechanical failures or cost of repairs if any apply.
* We are selling these cars as wholesalers not retailers, this is why our vehicles are priced well below what you would pay through a retail establishment. We price our vehicles from a wholesale perspective. We are not in the business of reconditioning cars. If we are aware of any problems we will repair it or disclose it in our description. Please, keep in mind we have no way of knowing the entire mechanical history on each vehicle we sell.
TITLING INFORMATION:
* Titles to vehicles are sometimes held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans or payoffs. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the title up to 14 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
* We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles unless otherwise stated. In some cases we will hold titles untill cashiers checks or other types of bank checks clear unless other arrangements were made. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
