Standley Corp., the Texas wholesale legend here in Dallas. Whether you are one of our long time wholesale dealers, repeat customers, off-lease customers, or a new customer looking for a quality used car of truck, our 90,000 sq. ft. facility is loaded with nice , late model trade-ins and one owner off lease turn-ins. We sell hundreds of cars per month wholesale but without the overhead of a New Car Store. We have to move them fast, so call Jim with any questions about any of our cars you see online. We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Please Note: We DO NOT sell Flood Damaged, Salvage, or any other altered title vehicles.
Vehicle Inspections and Customer Satisfaction: We will strive to offer only quality vehicles. When we receive a vehicle into our inventory it is reviewed by several people before being offered for sale. Test driven, serviced, detailed, touched up, dings removed, etc. We attempt to provide you with an honest discription of this vehicle with pictures and comments that depict what we see. However, they are used vehicles and anything can occur that is out of our control. Therefore, this vehicle carries no warranty, oral, written, or implied. Some vehicles will have warranty remaining(will be stated in our description). All vehicles come with one master key unless otherwise stated. All vehicles come with books and /or manuals only if pictured in photos or stated in the ad. We make every effort to present accurate information. However, it is based on data provided by the vehicle VIN decoding and/or other sources and therefore exact configuration, color, specifications and accessories should be used as a guide only and are not guaranteed. To ensure your complete satisfaction, please verify accuracy prior to purchase. Call us with any question if you are not sure on something. You are welcome to have an independent inspection company come to our facility prior to completing the funding portion of the transaction. We do require this be done within 72 hours from the end of the auction. If for any reason, you feel we misled you in any way, we will remove all obligations on your part to follow through with this purchase without any risk of negative feedback. If you are shipping the vehicle, we highly recommend the independent inspection in order to ease any uncertainties so that you can RELAX while awaiting the transport of your vehicle. If you are picking up your vehicle in Dallas, you can bring the amount of the purchase with you in the form of a cashier's check( or other certified funds) and look the vehicle over completely before handing over your money. We realize that purchasing a vehicle online is a brand new experience for most buyers and we will do everything we can to make this experience a pleasant one. If you are flying to Dallas to drive your new car home, let us know which airport(DFW or Love Field) and we will pick you up or provide for a shuttle to our facility in North Dallas.
Paying for your Purchase: We generally do not require a deposit on ebay purchases. However, we do require that payment in full be received within 7 business days from the closing date of the auction. If you have special circumstances that require more time, we ask that you call Jim 214-914-8484 before the bidding process is over. Thanks for your cooperation on this. If you are shipping your vehicle, payment must be received before being released to an auto transport company. Payment can be made by: Cash in Person, Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Verified drafts from approved/known financial institutions. All Texas buyers must pay TT L including Texas sales tax of 6.25%, title fee $35.00 , license plates $70.00 (N/A if current registration is still valid) Buyers outside Texas are responsible for sales taxes in your state. All sales are subject to Texas VIT(Vehicle Inventory Tax) of .002276% of the purchase price, plus $50.00 documentary fee. For example, on a $10,000.00 purchase, your cost would be $22.76($10,000.00 x .002276) plus $50.00, totaling $72.76.
Before you Bid: We suggest that you wait to bid until you have your financing arrangments in place. Pease do not bid without approved financing or if you are not prepared to follow through with your purchase. Your winning bid is a legal contract to purchase. Titles: While we generally have all titles in our possession at the time of sale, there are times we are waiting for a title from a lien payoff. We are a bonded dealer in the state of Texas and guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles.
Trade-ins: If you are planning to drive to Dallas to pick up your new vehicle, we do accept trade-ins from buyers. We are in the wholesale business and have experience evaluating and appraising vehicles over the phone and by email provided we have the correct information about your trade. Please include the 17 digit VIN number, mileage, color, condition, and anything else you can tell me about it. Successful winning bidder must telephone Jim at 214-914-8484 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangments to complete the transaction.
