Terms Conditions
FEES FINANCING:
A $500 earnest deposit is required at the end of the auction. The balance is due within seven days of the auction's end date to finalize the sale. A $395 Doc fee is charged to each sale. AZ residents pay 8.1% sales tax, $68.50 title and TBD registration fee. Non-Arizona residents pay $395 Doc fee and $68.50 Title/TRP fee only.

PLATE, REGISTRATION TITLE:
AZ RESIDENTS:
In-state clients will receive a 45-day TRP (Temporary Registration Plate). Your standard AZ registration and plate will arrive via certified mail before the TRP expires.
If you are transferring an existing plate, we must photo-copy the plate. You will retain your license plate, but cannot display it on your automobile until the transfer process is complete. The process will be completed before the TRP expires.
NON-AZ RESIDENTS / OUT-OF-STATE REGISTRATION:
Non-Arizona residents receive a 90-day TRP. We do not register vehicles for non-AZ residents.
TITLE:
If you purchase an automobile and do not have a lien-holder, you will receive the title in your name by mail. If you purchase an automobile and you have a lien-holder, the title will be mailed to the lender holding your loan.
AUTOMOBILE SHIPPING / AIRPORT LIMO SERVICE:

The automobile is being sold AS/IS, without written or implied guarantee or warranty, unless stated. It is the client's responsibility to confirm acceptance of the warranty in the respective country for which the automobile will be registered.

West Valley Auto Group and its employees cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in the description of the above vehicle or any of our vehicles represented on eBay/eBay Motors. As with any pre-owned automobile, expect some existence of normal wear and tear.
We cannot be held liable for any description errors (cosmetic or equipment) or mechanical malfunctions AFTER THE VEHICLE LEAVES OUR FACILITY. While most of our vehicles are inspected by certified mechanics, it does not guarantee that this or any vehicle will be free from mechanical breakdown in the future.
After delivery, if you feel the automobile has been misrepresented, you agree to seek non-binding third-party arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona. To date, we have earned the business of clients around the world and sincerely appreciate the 100% positive feedback rating.
