Item Details:
We are pleased to offer this pre-owned 2001 Sebring Convertible. We are handling this eBay auction for a good friend.
We will attempt to answer any questions you might have, but will forward all to the owner for a response. The car has never been wrecked or had any storm or water damage.
There are two minor issues that I noticed: One, the driver leather seat has some wear in the seating area. Two, there is a very minor ding in the right rear quarterpanel where someone backed into it in a parking lot. Third, there is no place in the general description for the optional 4-disc CD Changer in the car...this was an extra....
All mechanical works according to the seller. However, the driver's air bag light stays on...think it is a sensor, but just want to be totally honest.
The car is subject to prior sale here in Panama City Beach Florida and may be withdrawn at any time.....There is a reserve placed by the seller.
Please look at our feedback...we want any winner to be happy with their purchases...this item will be sold as is subject to bidder's inspection.

Payment
$1000 Deposit is expected within 72 hours. We accept PayPal for deposit with the balance due within 3 days. Cashier's Check or suitable bank draft will be expected prior to pick up of vehicle.
Shipping
Shipping is at the expense of the winning bid. The seller will be happy to accommodate the buyer to assist in pickup, but pickup and shipping is at the responsibility of the buyer. Should the buyer wish to drive the car out of state, proof of insurance will be required prior to taking the car out of state.
The seller requires insurance against damage or loss at buyers expense on all items over $100. We do not warrant any items against damage or loss once the Item has been turned over to the shipper. Should the buyer wish to purchase insurance in excess of the winning bid amount, they should advise the seller immediately upon winning the auction. However, it should be noted that most insurers will not pay an amount in excess of the purchase price. Since the item would normally be in the possession of the buyer at the time an insurance claim is warranted or desired, it is logistically beneficial and the responsibility of the buyer to initiate any and all insurance claims. However, the seller will assist the buyer in any way possible to help expedite any claim. This includes, but is not limited to furnishing supportive documentation, invoices, shipping receipts, etc. The seller assumes no responsibility for denied claims. Insurance is purchased by the seller on behalf of and for the benefit of the buyer and any and all claims to any insurance payments are between the insurer and the buyer.
