One owner and a non smoking household.
Car is in very clean condition with the exception of the front carpets (dirty shoes and Coke spills - I have cleaned the carpet and will include all the mats). The headliner was replaced last year and is pristine and a beautiful match. The car was also painted last year due to the hood and roof chelating. It runs great both in local driving and on the interstate.
This vehicle has all the bells and whistles - power locks, windows and seats all in good working condition. Has front and rear A/C which is very cold. Trip computer keeps track of distance to empty, average MPG, current MPG, outside temperature and direction as well as time and mile elapsed in current trip since last reset. Has factory towing package with trailer hitch (light wiring will need work). Fourteen cup holders :) four of which also hold juice boxes. Storage under front passenger seat as well as on both sides of the back seat. Captains seats in the second row. All second and third row seats will fold flat (you can carry a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood without removing the seats. All second and third row seats are removable. Cassette player and CD player (CD player only scans forward). Roof rack. Tinted windows. I have both original keys with buttons as well as the owners manual. Full size spare in good condition.
The front two tires are brand new Goodyear Assurance P215/60HR16 which were installed and balanced 6/18/08.
The car had a new serpentine belt, tensioner, plugs, points and core, as well as a brake job in 3/08.
The only thing I know of that it might need in the near future is an O2 sensor and possibly having the front drivers seat tightened.
The only defects that I am aware of are two broken trim pieces on the right rear A/C vents (I accidentally broke them loading a ladder). the strap that holds the glove compartment open is broken. The front bumper at the bottom is ragged as it catches on curb stops and there is a parking lot ding on the back hatchback door. There is also a small paint chip missing on the hood. I have pictures of all the defects and if you are interested I will be glad to e-mail them to you. I also have more pictures if there is something specific you would like to see.
