Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 business days from the time we pay a vehicle off. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.As well, all vehicles not picked up after 15 days from the close of the auction will be subjected to a $15 a day storage fee, unless other arrangements are made beforehand (just keep us informed). At A Unique Auto Sales we also 100% guarantee all cars to have clean and lien free titles with NO salvage history and NO flood damage. We just never get involved in that type of vehicle, ever. Keep in mind that we are a dealer and due to bank payoffs and dealer processing that some titles take a few weeks for processing. We are very fast about it and Fed Ex them ASAP to you no charge. This is with any dealer you buy from. This is why we have Temporary Tags for you to drive home on. Finalizing your Purchase:

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with WANDERSON at CHAMPION MOTORS INC by e-mail or phone (954)670-4968 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500.00 or 10% total sale BY cash or bank certified funds. These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many way below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit (especially on no reserve auctions) at best, and as such we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the optional extended warranty (available on most, but not all cars). This will help defray the cost of mechanical repairs, if any, in the future.
Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service
