Terms Of Sale : Successful high bidder should telephone at Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head at (843)815-4444 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 48 hours following the end of auction, a $500 deposit shall be received in cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. If this deposit is not received, or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers. If the winning bidder does not buy the vehicle, we will file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay Motors and it will also result in negative feedback. Buyer is also responsible for eBay fees incurred to list vehicle if they decide not to purchase which may be up to $150. All financial transactions should be completed within five days of the auction ending in cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Stoke Brown Toyota of Hilton Head discloses as much information as possible and attempts to be as accurate as possible. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties. Vehicles are not returnable whether prepurchase inspection was done or no inspection was done. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only.
