1995 Dodge Caravan LE IMS Handicap Van
This Van needs to find a good home. It's been a great vehicle but she can no longer drive due to her health conditions. Now to be honest with you, I don't know much about this vehicle, and KBB doesn't have anything either. I have tried to research it as much as possible so I can answer any questions, but unfortunately information is limited so if anyone out there can help out, that would be great.
OK, It's in really good shape and she has taken very good care of it. It was used when she bought it and other than some stains on the carpet by the drivers seat, which look like rust, the interior is in good shape. I think that is from tracking in water and snow on the wheelchair during the winter months. The exterior is also in good condition. There is some small areas on the hood of the van where the paint is peeling and also on the bumper. There is only one small scratch on the fender. The driver's seat comes out and has a lockdown for the wheelchair. It does not have hand controls.
It has no mechanical issues. In fact our mechanic said it is in really good condition. She took it in on a regular basis for LOF's etc. There is one problem she was having with it and that was when it was parked and not driven for several days the battery would be dead. Something in the electrical system is drawing on the battery and we have had it in the shop several times and they can't find where or what it is. But if it's started and ran on a regular basis, it's fine. She would just go days and even weeks without driving it so it didn't give the battery a chance to completely recharge.
If you have any questions, please email me and I will do my best to answer. I may have to call her and ask her for the answer. She hasn't driven it for awhile and due to her failing health, her memory isn't too good. We have got to sell this because she just doesn't use it anymore and she can't afford the insurance etc. for it to just sit there, she is on a limited income.
Please, only serious bidders. If you can't pay, don't bid.
