Fee, Tax, Payment, and Other Information: A $500 DEPOSIT must be made via PayPal within twenty four hours of the close of the auction. Arrangements for payment of balance due must also be made within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The balance of payment is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1997 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.
Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate with your shipper or make arrangements for shipping for you.
If the dealership is registering the auto then the current DMV fees will apply. A processing fee of $95 applies to all transactions. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner and can be paid at the dealer or the DMV. Out of state winners will pay for the taxes in their state!
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION. If the auto is sold in New York State, the auto must be inspected if you are not a wholesaler (according to New York State Law). Buyer is responsible for the cost of inspection and any repairs needed to meet New York State inspection standards.
If the car is NY State Inspected, NY State Lemon Law applies as follows:
Mileage less than 36,000: 90 day/4,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first)
Mileage 36,000 to 80,000: 60 day/3,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first)
Mileage 80,000 to 100,000: 30 day/1,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first)
If the vehicle sells for $1499 or less there is no warranty and current New York State laws apply. If the auto is sold to a buyer outside of New York State the auto may be sold with no inspection. Customer is responsible to abide by their current state inspection and AS IS laws.
Please note that as a dealer we test only basic functions of the vehicle, within the "Reasonable Care Standard", and we indicate anything we discover during the test drive only. We do not take the vehicle apart or check every system. We make every effort to tell you all we know about the vehicle, but we just can't check everything! We don't test things like the A/C when it's too cold, the heater when it's too hot, the cassette player, etc. Please use common sense when buying a used vehicle. Almost all used cars, especially higher-mileage vehicles, will have imperfections. You are NOT OBLIGED to buy the vehicle if your own inspection shows major undisclosed problems not known to us while putting the car up for sale. Make sure you test drive the car BEFORE you sign the purchase contract. You are even welcome to bring your own mechanic with you. A note to buyers in other states with very strict inspection rules- we are not responsible for your car passing an emission inspection or any other inspections required by your state.
We try to describe the visual condition of our cars as best as we can, but again, these vehicles are used. You may find a scratch or ding we failed to mention in the description. We are only human. Again, if the vehicle description differs significantly from what you see in person, you are not obligated to purchase the vehicle.
