If buyer is going to use a third party it must be a licensed company or a local new car dealer that sells the make and model that is been auctioned. If using a third party all cost for inspection must be paid by bidder in advance before inspection. When you bid that means that you are satisfied with vehicle and understand if you are the winning bidder you must follow the terms of sale.
Terms of Sale: When buying a vehicle from Nova Auto Sales on Ebay auctions you agree to purchase it as is where is and pay a $199.00 vehicle preparation fee that Applies to Everyone (This fee covers all paper work, title fees, next day FedEx to send title to buyer). At the end of auction the buyer must contact Nova Auto Sales via phone within 24 hours of the end of auction. A deposit must send to NOVA AUTO SALE at end of auction via PAYPAL.COM as soon as the winning bidder received the email that is sent by paypal.com. Buyers must send $500.00 deposit to guaranteed the purchase. At this time the car will be on hold and we will prepare vehicle for shipping or pickup. The balance due must be received by Nova Auto Sales within 5 days after end of auction. The vehicle must be paid in full via Money Order/Cashiers Check or wire transfer to our bank account before shipping the vehicle. Once payment is received by Nova Auto Sales will proceed to ship the vehicle.

Residents of the state of Florida must pay for tax and tag.
If you are from out of the state you must register the vehicle in your state.
