FOR SALE 2000 DODGE INTREPID ES! THIS IS THE 3.2L VERSION OF THE INTREPID, NOT THE TROUBLESOME 2.7L! There is one rule when buying a Dodge Interpid - you have to make sure it's not an infamous 2.7L V6 engine, those engines had trouble with sludge buildup and rarely lasted more than a 100k miles. The 3.2L V6 in this car is literally indestructible, they usually do way over 250k miles without any problems. Police in their Intrepids use the same engine (only a little bigger with higher output), so you know you are getting a great car! This car has 137k miles on the odometer, and looks and runs very good. It's a very well maintained vehicle. The 3.2L V6 delivers 225 horsepower and very good fuel economy - 20 in city and 29 mpg on highway!! Very good mechanical condition, our inspection and test drives show not trouble at all. Engine works strong, idles ultra smooth, transmission also works very smooth, absolutely no slips. Suspension in very good shape, steering is very precise, no clunking from either front or rear end. Brakes work good so does the ABS. Oil and tranny fluid are clean. It doesn't seem like this car need any work in the close future. Tires look pretty new with over 75% thread left. Exterior looks very nice for tha age and mileage. There is no dents or rust anywhere on the car. Paint looks good with the exception of some rock chips on the hood and rear bumper, that's typical for the highway driving (looks like this car spent much more time on the highway than in city). Glass is in very good condition, no chips or cracks. You'll be proud to drive this car and park it outside of your house. Interior is very clean, and very well maintained. There is no damage anywhere, seats are free of any rips or holes or burn marks, looks like a non smoker. Carpets are clean with only minor signs of wear. Dashboard and instruments in very good condition. All the power equipment, including windows, locks, seat, mirrors and moonroof work very good. This car has a premium sound system with extra speakers and CD player and it sounds very nice and clean. There is no aftermarket parts, everything is original, that indicates a mature owner, not a young kid. Intrepid is a perfect family car, offers tons of space inside and in the trunk. It's a very safe car as well with all disk brakes with ABS system and dual airbags. And in my opinion one of the best looking American sedans on the market. BID WITH CONFIDENCE! Winning bidder must contact us within 48 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction.
