Vehicle Description
Listed is a 1951 original Dodge One ton Dual Tilt flat bed. I purchased this truck from Minnesota in the Mid Nineties and rebuilt and restored everything! The paint was done professionally and is flawless. There was no rust before the transition. Glass is good with minor vent window bubbling. The brakes are new and were silicone based after new wheel cylinders and a master was installed with new lines all the way around. The radiator was boiled, Generator replaced and heater core boiled and all tested. The truck has dual heaters. Gas tank was cleaned and lines replaced. A custom aluminum bed was fabricated by a shop in Wisconsin to haul 2 snowmobiles and tilt with little weight. It has a brand new winch with controls inside one of two tool boxes secured below the bed. I pulled the motor afterward, had it rebuilt by an aircraft repair facility of which the engine tag states. It has not been run since rebuild in 1995. Trans is a 4 speed with a Fluid Drive coupler. All six tires are brand new with less than 100 miles on them, all wiring replaced. All this project needs is some labor to re-install the motor and minor brake work possibly. All parts included. I will not seperate the bed from the truck. Everyone is urged to view before bidding. All questions will be answered as fast as possible, but I do travel and may not get back to you for a day or so. Their is a clear title. Checks OK but need to clear before pick up. My auction history has been my own vehicles and parts of which I am moving and need to sell. My feedback reflects my quality. I have well over 10K in paint, parts and bed. Model appears from tag to be B-3-D. It has always been in heated indoor storage. Thanks for looking.
Bed length is 14 feet by 8 wide.
