This is a 1978 dodge 1/2 ton custom truck with a factory 400 big block engine. I am not sure of the actual mileage on this truck as the speedometer needle is broken. It was a 2 barrel but has been changed over to a 4 barrel with a early 70s 850 carter thermoquad with the 1 1/2 primaries. The rest of the driveline are 727 trans a 9 1/4 rear. I think the gears are 3.21s. I will try to accurately describe this classic truck. This truck looks to have dealer air installed but it is missing a few parts. Also this truck needs some exhaust as there is only a small glasspack installed on the end of the headpipe ending under the cab. This truck also came from the factory with power steering, power brakes, even cruise control. Overall this is a clean looking truck. The paint is not perfect by any means but looks good driving down the road. The only rust I saw was on the driver side floorboard there are a couple of holes. The desirable 77 78 grille is in nice shape with the worst ding being by the letter G on the top. The turn signal/cruise lever is broken inside the column there is no radio. The seat has some tears rips but it is not broken down is still solid to sit on. The wheels all have some pits in them. The only other problem I can think of is the tailgate has to be opened with a screwdriver as one of the rods is unhooked inside. I hate to see this truck go but I have too many other trucks this one would not get driven much. All it really needs to be a driver is some exhaust, the turn signals fixed, some carb tuning.
