We have had this police car in our collection for about 4 years. Previous owner told us this was a police car in Kentucky. When the officer retired they gave him the car. He then passed it to his friend. We bought it from his friend.
This is a very solid car with a variety of equipment which you can see in the pictures. Red light on the roof. spot lights. Rear red lights in the window and red lights on the front grille. Has a radar unit and gauge. Also has a variety of radios and a whip antenna. It really attracts attention and policemen love to stop and look at it.
This car runs and drives well. Brakes work well. We only drive it for special events. Car starts right away and push button transmission shifts well. The car needs some front end work, but does drive and steer.
As you can see from the pictures, the car is complete and very solid. The interior seems to be original. Some of the door panels could use some work. Interesting dash board with the backlit speedometer.
The exterior of the car is in good condition. It could be detailed to make the paint shine more but overall it is in good shape for an original police car.
This car would be a good addition to any collection or a fun car for anyone wanting to have a very unique car that no one else is likely to have in town. It is very fun.

International Bidders are welcome and we can work with your shipper and hold the car if necessary until they arrive, with prior arrangements.
We would like the winning bidder to send us $500 non refundable deposit so we receive it within three days of auction end. Pickup to be within 10 days of auction end, unless other arrangements are made. All payments must clear our account prior to the car being released to new owner. Winning bidder will be responsible for pick up at our location in Michigan City, Indiana. We are willing to help as much as possible. Car is sold as is. Good luck bidding.
