Description
Up for your consideration is a clean 2005 Freightliner 2500 SHC "Super High Ceiling" 140in wheel base Sprinter. This van is equipped with a Mercedes 2.7 liter Turbo-Charged Diesel Engine and a 5 Spd Tiptronic Automatic Transmission. Additionally, it has the upgraded convenience package that includes power locks, windows and mirrors along with cruise control. This van was recently traded in a new 2008 model. This is the first of several retired units that were indepently operated for FedEx Ground in the Northern Lousiana Region. The Diesel Engine starts and runs great, the exterior of the van is in good shape with minor dings/dents and normal wear and tear. The interior is clean and shows only minor wear. This vehicle has been smoked in, I assume cigars because of a very sweet smell. Not near as pungent as cigarette smoke. NO scent of cigarettes. Backup camera is not working, will try to fix before auction end but make no guarantees.
Tires: tires are to tread wear indicators, could use tires today but will drive home just fine
Steering: power steering pump makes a little noise
Front Seats: Few stains, drivers seat edge split
Headliner: few stains
Dash: few broken ac vents
Electronics: all door locks work with keyfob, but interior door lock switch does not work
Paint: few scratches, could use buff and polish
Hood: rock chips
Right Rear 1/4: small dent in front of passenger rear tire
Left Rear 1/4: small dent on upper rear corner, missing rear mud flap, rubber marks on fender flair perhaps marks from aprevious blow out no damage

All Buyers are subject to a $50.00 Documentary Fee and Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) of .001767. This will be $1.77 per $1000.00 or $17.67 per $10,000. Out of Sate Buyers pay all other fees and taxes in their own state of registration. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Shipping should run $895(this is an oversized vehicle) to most locations within the 48 state region.
