TERMS OF SALE
All vehicles we offer for auction have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Flood title, No Reconstructed title, and No Theft Recovery title).
All dealers and retail consumers' are welcome.
Please be sure that all monies (loans or financing pre-approved or in place) before making your final bid. We appreciate your business and want to offer our consumers a smooth and timely transaction.
All sales are subject to a $229.00 processing fee.
Tony's Foreign Car Center, MUST collect 3% sales tax (IF YOU ARE A NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENT ONLY!). Out-of-State buyers will have to register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
We accept certified cashier's checks, bank transfers in U.S. dollars only, and credit cards up to $1,000.00.
The winning bidder must contact Tony's Foreign Car Center, within 24 hours after auction end with their information. The number to call is (910) 392-9993. Within 3 days after auction end, a deposit of 10% of the sale price is required to begin processing the transaction. The buyer then has 4 days from receipt of deposit to do his/her inspections and due diligence. After 7 days following the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be taken on an AS-IS basis, without inspection by the buyer. If the above terms are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis. In other words, the deal must be consummated within 7 days from end of auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will arrange for shipping, if requested.
Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and end auction early without any liability to the seller.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The final contract signed between both buyer and seller shall be binding. The final signed contract and terms thereof shall govern the sale. All disputes arising out of or relating to the signed agreement, or to the breach or interpretation of breach thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the terms as outlined in the final sale agreement, under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Remember that you are entering in to a LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT, to purchase the above described vehicle from Tony's Foreign Car Center, This is our business and we take it very seriously. Therefore, we reserve the right to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone that intentionally interferes with our auctions or our ability to effectively sell our vehicles.
We respect all of our consumers locally and nationally here on Ebay. We are happy to make all of our vehicles available for all qualified bidders that are registered in the Ebay community.

Tony's Foreign Car Center has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties (pre buy inspection services or local authorized service centers) prior to auction close. While our vehicles are scrupulously inspected prior to our purchase, we can't guarantee that some minor parts of the vehicle may have been re-painted i.e. side door, rear quarter
panel, bumper etc. It is possible to miss minor paintwork due to time of inspection if the paintwork has been done by an expert. .
