The Ferrari 360 Modena has been one of the hottest cars on the market since it first debuted in 1999. It is still extremely popular since it now represents a relative bargain in comparison to the market pricing of the new F430. With lines that are somewhat smoother and sexier than its replacement, the 360 will have a strong fan base for generations. This example is finished in the classic Grigio Titanio metallic exterior with Black leather interior. It is equipped with the F1 paddle shift transmission, power Daytona seats, red painted brake calipers, and remote CD changer in the front trunk. The original factory tool kit and tire sealant are included. The previous owner went to great expense to add some very tasteful modifications to this Modena. These additions include front and rear Challenge grills, 19 HRE wheels custom painted to match, aluminum dead pedal, Keith Collins custom floor mats, clear bra kit, and a Capristo exhaust system. Other unique touches are a Challenge Stradale style gas cap cover and an Enzo style master key. It is your turn to become the envy of the neighborhood and this 360 Modena will certainly do it. Vehicle Condition: This 360 Modena is in very good cosmetic condition throughout. There is a small amount of road rash on the few sections of the lower front bumper cover not covered by the clear bra kit. There is minimal wear on the driver's seat bolster. The rear tires are nearing the wear bars and will need to be replaced in the near future. A full major service with belts was completed in 2007. A complete folder of service records is included.

We accept certified checks, money orders, wire transfers, postal orders, and
personal checks (all funds must be clear before delivery of vehicle). The winning
bidder must contact Lamborghini Dallas sales department at (972) 381-4000
and send a deposit of 10% within 72 hours of the auction close. We reserve the
right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer
be available for sale. All vehicles are sold AS IS without any implied warranty from Lamborghini Dallas. Many late model vehicles will still have the remainder of the original manufacturer's transferable limited warranty--please ask if the vehicle has remaining factory warranty before bidding if you are unsure. Understand that all pre-owned vehicles have some signs of previous road use, usually but not always commensurate with mileage. We try to describe our vehicles as accurately as possible in our listings and we welcome your personal visit to the dealership and/or a pre-paid pre-purchase inspection. This is especially important on vintage models since they will often be more maintenance intensive than modern vehicles and less often driven by their previous owners.
Fee and Tax Information: All winning bids are subject to a Dealer Inventory Tax which is equal to .2096% of the actual winning bid. If you are a Texas resident, then you are required to pay all state and local taxes, doc fees, title fees and registration fees. Payment in full must be received within 7 business days of auction close.
