Up for auction, 1972 Fiat 850 Spider Sport convertible, 4 speed manual transmission.
I bought this car as a project car, when I bought it it did not run. After going through the motor and the rest of the car it now runs and drives great. The car is clean and in good shape except for a few minor dings and a couple of small rust spots. The car has many new parts on it including an entirely rebuilt engine with less than 1000 miles on it.
The engine has been rebuilt entirely from new piston and rings to all new bearings and everything in between, the crankshaft was also turned and polished. The head has also been gone through; valves ground, new vavle seals, planed, and x-rayed for cracks. The water pump, alternator, clutch plate, clutch bearing, distribitor cap, pulg wires, plugs points, coil, thermostat have all been replaced with new parts, also new seals through out the engine. The clutch plate has also been resurfaced. The carburetor has also been gone through and had a carb. kit put in it, also all new fuel lines and vacuum lines have been put on. There have also been new brake shoes and pads put on along with brake cylinders in the rear. There are two new tires on the rear. All lights and switches work. Also included is a full shop manual for the car.
Buyer must contact me within 48 hours of the sale or end of the auction. Must have a deposit of $500.00 within 7 days of the end of the auction, and full payment within 7-10 days of the end of the auction. Payments must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order. Car is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied.
