For all those that wanted one but never got the chance, now you can. Up for sale is an 1987 Ford Escort 5 speed Diesel! How rare is that? Last year the Diesel option was offered. (Ford stopped halfway through the model year) These things get near 60 miles to the gallon!! The other thing thats great about this rare car is the LOW LOW mileage!! 98,001.1 miles. I bought this car from the original owner. Yes, thats right, a one owner car. I could not pass the car up when it was offered to me. I bought it with intentions of driving the car but, I have too many irons in the fire, (too many cars on the property) by-law has been coming around so I need to thin the herd. (I also will be listing a 1961 Ford Ranchero shortly) For US buyers I have California clear Title in hand so, no problems bringing it back home. Canadian buyers you would need to transfer through Customs. No big deal, just need to pay GST on the purchase price. All in all good condition for it's age. Starts great in the cold, (fired right up minus 20 C this winter) runs well, drives great, stops on a dime. Has some minor body damage loading on the trailer. (rr rocker and quarter you can see in pics) No reserve. Don't miss out.

Why E-Bay did not just e-mail me and tell me to revise my ad is beyond logic. It would have saved me and the buyers a lot of aggravation!!!
