LAST CALL FOR THE EXCURSION BEFORE IT GOES TO THE AUCTION!!!!!! Yes, we are aware that the price of gasoline is rising daily, but some people do need large vehicles for various reasons. We have recently received this 2000 Ford Excursion in trade and it can provide the type of utility that few vehicles can match. This Limited model is loaded with equipment and has the Triton V10 gasoline engine. If you have an recreational vehicle, large boat or trailer, this truck will pull it while providing lots of comfort and luxury. The deep blue metallic paint looks very good, but does have some cosmetic issues. The roof paint is peeling and should be refinished. There are also some touched up spots on the hood and a few dings and dents. The finish is reflective and did respond well to a buffing and glaze. The cabin is large and luxurious. A pair of captains chairs up front and two additional rows of seating, there is plenty of room for all the family and gear. All the power accessories work fine including both climate control zones. Icy cold air conditioning and broiling heat for those winter months. Inside the center console is a multi-disc CD changer, so there will be plenty of music for those journeys to the boat dock or campsite. All the leather is in excellent condition overall, but do expect to see some signs of wear. Carpets, headliner, door panels and dash are all very nice. As mentioned, power for this large SUV is a smooth running Triton V10 engine. It starts right up and runs very strong. It is backed by a automatic overdrive transmission with electronic transfer case. Just move a dash switch and engage 4 wheel drive. If you want to take that trailer load of quads up to the snowy mountains next winter, here is the vehicle. We have sent this Excursion through our service department for a safety check and service. Our technician found an illuminated ABS lamp that was diagnosed as a bad hub/bearing assembly. We replaced the part and cleared the code from the computer. The brake pads have approx. 4mm of lining left, so it will likely need a brake service in the near future. He changed the oil/filter and topped off all the fluids as necessary. This is a HIGH MILEAGE vehicle and there may be other issues not obvious right now. Be prepared to address issues that may occur after purchase, we cannot predict the future of pre-owned vehicles. Please be sure to ask questions and look at the photos before bidding. Fee and Tax Information: A documentation fee of $199.95 will apply to all transactions.(Including dealers) NJ residents will pay 7% sales tax, out of state buyers can be issued a temp tag with proof of insurance for an additional $5.00. Warranty is for retail customers only. Dealers purchasing vehicles will not receive warranty. Titles are not released until payment clears our bank. This can take up to 10 business days.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 Paypal deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
