"Vehicles are all pre-owned and sold AS-IS with no warranty. Unless the original manufacturers warranty still applies, this vehicle has no warranty, expressed, written, or implied. The seller uses descriptions for identification purposes only, and these are not meant to be interpreted as a warranty of any type.
Terms and Conditions
*** All Payments must be made in full, prior to delivery of vehicle. Payment Options; Money Order or Cashier's Check, approved Loan Check, Cash In Person*** Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of listing's end and is non-refundable unless item was not as described or no longer availble for sale. The remainder is due within 7 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before making an offer. Please arrange financing prior to making an offer.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers` or call us for information and telephone numbers of shippers, our previous customers have said work well with them.

Fees and Taxes
Buyer is responsible for all fees and taxes in their state of residence. Buyer is also responsible for a $150.00 documentation fee for each vehicle purchased. For Illinois residents, state and local taxes, license and title fees apply. Temporary out of state drive away stickers, are available for a nominal fee. These states require us to collect their applicable state sales taxes: Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina.
We Love Canadians! For Canadian Buyers please read: If title is to be release at time of delivery, bank to bank, wire Transfer is your quickest way to handle this transaction. If payment is other than bank wire transfer, i.e, Certifed bank check or approved loan check-Title will only be released, when all funds have cleared. Keep in mind that can take several weeks.
