Because the following description is based on our initial observation (and some input from the donor) - issues may exist that are not described below - for this reason, we strongly recommend an inspection prior to bidding. Description:
Up for auction is a 1971 Ford 100 Pickup Truck, STK#158235. This truck has been inspected by our mechanics and was found to be running; however, the driveshaft is in need of a new carrier bearing. There may be other mechanical issues that we are not aware of. This vehicle is for parts or restoration only and must be towed away on a flat bed. The odometer displays 46,274 miles but we believe the vehicle to have over 100k miles. The odometer only displays 5 digits. The truck is in need of a full restoration. The interior has rust on the floor pans. The bench seat has a small tear in it and the headliner is sagging. The exterior needs some body work and is showing rust in several places. This would be a good parts car or full restoration project. The truck is powered by a small block V8 mounted to a 4 speed transmission. The registration for the truck expired 4/07 and there are back fees in the estimated amount of $278. It has a Ca Title. Good luck bidding!!!

Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder must submit a non-refundable 25% deposit deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposit can be made over the phone with a credit card or with PayPal. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. Any other arrangements must be agreed to before bidding. In order to complete all financial transactions and paperwork, the buyer MUST provide a valid form of picture identification (Passport or Driver's License). All financial transactions and paperwork must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping. The shipping company cannot sign for you. If you cannot be there in person to sign these documents we can assist you by fax or email. Vehicle inspections must take place PRIOR to bidding and end of auction. By bidding without formally inspecting this car, you understand that issues overlooked and not described in the description are not grounds for cancelling this sale. Your bid is your acceptance of this vehicle AS-IS. FAILURE to comply with any of the terms will result in forfeiture of deposit and ownership rights to this vehicle. Vehicles are relisted on eBay if complete payment and paperwork are not completed within 7 days. Unpaid Item Disputes will be filed for any unpaid item, regardless of the circumstances.

After sale ends, winning bidder will have 7 days to complete sale. If you can't pick up this car within 7 days, you must still send full payment within the 7 days...Cars 4 Causes® will hold the car for you (10 days storage included with the sale, $10.00 per day afterwards) while you make arrangements to pick up this car! This vehicle is sold as a complete vehicle - parts will not be removed or sold seperately. This auction will close at its scheduled time to the high bidder (provided the reserve is met) - no exceptions. However, we still reserve the right to cancel any auction due to listing errors. Winning bidder will get ownership documents, and a bill of sale disclosing the winning bid. Winner will then be responsible for any tax and license fees (including back fees, if applicable). Winning bidder will be responsible for titling/registering this car on their own! Additional fees may be due to the proper agencies (tax, license, back fees). Notice: Anyone new to Ebay or having an account with a feedback score of zero must email me to confirm that they are a serious bidder.
