At any time after the ten (10th) day, whether the vehicle is paid for in full, or there is just a deposit, we reserve the right to charge for, and or, retain storage charges from the payments, and re-list the vehicle, or to sell it to the next highest bidder, or another qualified buyer. We will leave negative feedback for the bidder.

deposit is due within 48 hours of acceptance of your offer. The remainder is due within 7 days of offer acceptance. If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this posting early and sell this vehicle at any time , even if it is before the posting's end date.

For your convenience, we will collect kentucky sales tax from you for your appropriate county (taxes not included in auction) so you don’t have to hassle with getting this taken care of on your own. Out of state sales are tax exempt but you will still need to pay your taxes in your home state when you register this great new car. We will apply $30.00 fee from our dealership to cover documentation fees and our title fee. If necessary, we will provide you with a 30 day temporary tag until your title and registration paperwork arrives.
We do have this vehicle for sale locally and reserve the right to cancel this posting if the car sells before the end date.
