Blown engine!
I have owned this truck since June of 2000 and it has been a good truck. Went to start it one day and found out that the engine was locked up. I got it started and heard a loud tapping noise from the engine. Not sure what the problem is. This truck is being sold "As is, No warranties." I think that it would be a great fixer-upper if you have the time. There is normal wear and tear on this truck since I have owned it. The previous owner had bumped into something on the right forward side of the truck below the bumper area but I have never had any problem with the vehicle from that. The air conditioning worked great the last time I used it and have never had to work on it since I have had the truck. A rock chip in the front windshield turned into a crack that runs across the window from side to side. Need to glue the rear view mirror back on. The interior looks good, small defects here and there on bench seat. I got approx. 19 MPG on the high way with the V-6 engine that is in the truck. Needs a battery. The radio worked well the last time I used it. Inside the truck bed has dents from work but really no big deal. You can see the truck by appointment. Buyer responsible for picking up the truck. I do not ship. Must have a tow dolly or tow truck to remove this truck from my property (no tow ropes or tow chains please). Cash payment only at time of pick up. No checks!
