1968 Ford F350 SRW Cab and Chassis Truck
Up for auction is a 1968 F350 S.R.Wheel Cab and Chassis. It has a 360 Gas V8 engine and a 4 speed manual transmission. It has been parked for the last 5 years. It ran fine when I parked it.
I had intentions of restoring the body and making it back into a 1 ton pickup truck. The body is very solid. It does show some rust and blisters around, but overall, a very solid project truck. Floor pans have a hole on each side. Seat is torn, floormat is gone. Hood was replaced but is not in good shape. Tires are junk they're round, black, and hold air thats all!
This truck has a lot of local history. It was bought by Vernon Downs, a Harness Race Track in Vernon, NY. They put a small garbage packer on it when it was new. They used it to pick up garbage around the track, infield, and stables. They had a large garbage truck come twice a week so this smaller unit could dump into it and unload. It almost never left the grounds of the racetrack. It was repaired and maintained in their own shop 95% of the I took the truck in on trade and had big ideas on how to restore it. I just don't have the time to do so right now.
This truck is being sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied by the seller. There is no title or registration for this truck, so if you need one, you will have to use a title service, or use the truck for parts only. We will start the truck again prior to pickup and after the auction has successfully closed, to make sure it still runs well.
We can load this unit on your truck or trailer here at our facility for free. Delivery quotes available for delivery within NY state (Sorry, no metro or L.I. Deliveries). $300.00 USD deposit required within 24 hours of auction close. Full payment due within 72 hours of auction close.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Bidders are not allowed to retract bids for any circumstances whatsoever. Be sure of your intent to buy BEFORE making any bid! Only the bidder is responsible for their legally binding bids!
At the close of the auction, the high bidder must be prepared to make the required deposit payment (this value differs depending on the listing) within 24 hours of close. Complete payment must be made within 72 hours of auction close.
We DO NOT ACCEPT bids from bidders with feedback ratings of 0, negative feedback ratings, or bidders carrying excessive negative feedback. If you are interested in purchasing and fall into one of these categories, please contact us BEFORE making your bid.
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of close, or payment in full has not been made within 72 hours of close, we reserve the right to re-list the auction item, offer the item to the second highest bidder, or sell to another qualified buyer. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay, and the appropirate feedback will be left to help ensure a productive and safe shopping environment for the rest of the eBay community.
We shall make every attempt to contact the winner at or around the close of every auction, respectively. Contact for items ending with a buy-it-now or ending during off hours will be made at the beginning of the first business day of the week.
Certified check, bank check, wire transfer, Pay Pal, and third party financing are the only methods of payment accepted. If you cannot make payment using one of these methods, do not bid. All currencies must be in US Dollars. Be sure you can pay for this item before bidding on it.
