PAYMENT METHODS
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.Due to the high fraud on eBay and fake cashier checks, Lariat Motor Company will have to hold the title for up to 10 banking days unless the vehicle is paid for in Cash or Federal Wire Transfer.
DEPOSIT
The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. If purchase is canceled by potential buyer, deposit will be used for re-listing purposes and sales down time.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES
All buyers will pay V.I.T. tax (Vehicle Inventory Tax) which is 0.001863 of the purchase price (Example: $10,000 purchase = 18.63 V.I.T. tax.) ***Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax and all other applicable fees and taxes. ***A $50.00 documentary fee and a $175.00 Admin.(THIS FEE COVERS DETAILS, PREP, ADVERTISEMENT, FUEL, TITLE MAILING FEES ETC.) Fee will be charged to all buyers. ***Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes and title transfer, which should be paid within 21 days of purchase (by Texas law).

SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 936-465-4697 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.In some cases there is a delay in receiving the title up to 21 days, due to lenders policies and promptly handling title work.

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Lariat Motor Company welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Some of our vehicles listed may not be at our local location at time of listing, due to dealer auctions, repairs or any type of recon. such as professional touch-up, seat repairs, after market adds etc. We do not guarantee that all vehicles will come with items such as floor mats, owners manuals, extra set of keys and so forth, but we do guarantee that if we have them you will get them

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. BID RETRACTIONS
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BIDDERS
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Lariat Motor Company within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
NON-PAYING BIDDER
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of auction ending, or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days after end of auction, unless prior arrangements are made and documented between the winning bidder and LARIAT MOTOR COMPANY. We reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. In most cases a non-paying bidder complaint will be filed with E-bay, and negative feedback will be left. After previous two actions have been documented, futher appropriate measures may be taken. We want everyone to enjoy bidding on our auctions, so please bid responsibly.
