Fee and Tax Information: A seventy dollar temporary tag fee is required for out of state purchases only. All PA residents will pay 6% sales tax and Pa tag fees also.
If bidder is financing, please ensure financing is arranged before bidding. If help is needed please contact us to arrange financing through Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation or Citizens Bank. A $1000 deposit is due within 24 hours after auction has ended. We accept MC, Visa, A/E, for the deposit. Full payment within 7 days after auction has ended. Certified checks or bank wire transfers for the balance. Pa. residents are responsible for 6% sales tax. We will release to your shipper anywhere in the United States, but assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our dealership. Any claim arising from shipping or damage incurred during shipping is between the buyer and the shipping company. The buyer is responsibile for all shipping charges. We will obtain a custom quote for the buyer at the buyer's request before bidding if necessary. Winning bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of end of auction. Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster reserves the right to retail this vehicle or end all bidding on this vehicle at any time.
